Atlanta Neurology gladly accepts open-access plans of all major health insurance carriers such as Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Coventry, Humana, and United Healthcare.

We are Medicare providers.

There are some closed network and HMO plans that we do not accept, such as Aetna Select, Ambetter, Blue Cross Blue Shield Pathways X, Kaiser, Medicaid, PeachCare, some PHCS plans, and WellCare.

“Cost-sharing” or “healthcare ministry” plans are not considered health insurance. These plans are treated as “self-pay.” Patients are generally able to submit their bill and get reimbursed through the service.

For patients who do not have insurance or are out-of-network, we do offer a “self-pay” option. Payment is required on date of service.

New patient “self-pay” rate is $400.

Established patient, follow-up visit “self-pay” rate is $150.
