Patient Portal Access

EXISTING ACCOUNT: To access your Patient Portal click here: https://myhealthrecord.com/Portal/SSO

NEW PATIENTS: When scheduling initial appointment, you will be sent a “Portal Invitation” message to e-mail address provided. You must click on the link and activate the invitation within 48 hours of receiving it for it to work. Otherwise, the invitation will expire, and you will have to request a new invitation.

For existing patients: The preferred method of communication is through the Patient Portal. You may also e-mail or call our office directly.

If there is an issue gaining access to the Patient Portal, contact our office administrator, Amanda Joiner, at amandajoiner@atlantaneurology.net. Until Patient Portal access is granted, contact the administrative assistants via email or call.

Of note, if you happen to have another Patient Portal Account using a Greenway EMR, the invitation will be invalid. This is a fluke in the Greenway EMR system our clinic uses. Our office administrator will address.
